The Management Study Program of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Malang held the "Be A Great Millennial Financial Planner" event which was held with a health protocol in the FEB UMM Meeting Room. This activity presented two speakers, namely Fina Nailus Shobaroh, S.M., a management alumni who became a Human Capital Specialist and Financial Expert in East Java-Bali and Novi Puji Lestari, S.E., M.M., who is also a finance lecturer in the UMM Management Study Program. Starting the main activity, Dr.Nurul Asfiah, M.M., as the Head of Management Study Program gave a little welcome and thanked the committee who had prepared this event well and all students who were enthusiastic about participating in this event. When met during the activity, Dr. Rizky Febriani, S.E., M.M., as the Chief Executive explained that this seminar has the aim of increasing students' abilities in business financial planning and digitizing business development. The speaker explained the material guided by the moderator Anas Rizky.
Novi explained that a financial plan or financial planning is very important. Each individual must be able to determine which should be the priority needs and which are desires must be distinguished. In addition people should take precedence to stay next to people should stay. The lecturer who was born in Trenggalek emphasized that financial planning really needs to be done and implemented early on. Furthermore, Fina as she is familiarly called, shared a bit of her career experience after UMM management and also the importance of digitalization in the current era to help decision making and support business development that will be carried out.
After that, the series of seminars continued with the title "Build Creative Entrepreneur In Digital Era" by inviting two presenters, namely Arif Surya Buwono who became the Founder of Let'splay.id and Reno Yuansyah who was the Designer of 24Slides. These two figures are activists in the digital industry and also play a role in growing entrepreneurs. Arif had collaborated with UMM Management regarding learning through interesting games for the Management Study Program practicum. Followed by 50 participants who were present in the FEB UMM meeting room, the seminar series ran smoothly. Finally, hopefully a similar event can return with other themes that can support the ability of UMM Management students. (* Dil/Sal)
