COORDINATION MEETING: ODD SEMESTER OF THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2022/2022 MANAGEMENT PROGRAM; and EVALUATION & WORK PLAN OF MANAGEMENT LABORATORY

Malang, Thursday, August 18, 2022 – Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Muhammadiyah Malang has held a routine agenda, namely the Coordination Meeting for the Odd Semesters of the 2022-2023 Academic Year. Chair of the Coordination Meeting by the Head of the Study Program (Dr. Nurul Asfiyah, MM.) and Secretary I (Dr. R. Iqbal Robbie, MM.).

The discussion in the agenda includes eight main points. These points include:

  1. Update SISTER (Integrated Resource Information System) and Filling Out Lecturer Performance Reports for Even Semester 2022 based on Circular Letter No. E.5.a/1132/UMM/VIII/2022.
  2. Odd Semester Classes 2022/2023.
  3. Research and Academic Service.
  4. Thesis (Scientific Research by Students).
  5. Center of Excellence.
  6. Progress of FIBAA Accreditation.
  7. Management Development Center.
  8. Management Laboratory.

Management Study Program: Semester Academic Agenda Coordination Meeting. (Management Laboratory Room 1, 5th Floor,

Joint Lecture Building II, UMM III).

In addition to this agenda, it also organizes an evaluation agenda for implementing the Management study practicum and further work plans for the Management Laboratory. The practical implementation of blended learning (Online-Offline collaborative learning) includes Financial Management, Marketing Management, Operations Management, Human Resource Management, and Strategic Management.

Management Laboratory activities have also been carried out, namely:

  1. Implement the development of the Practicum Module;
  2. Issuance of the Governance Guidelines book;
  3. Procurement of Professional Bulletins;
  4. The development of facilities and infrastructure.

The next work plan is to implement a practicum in studies for Introduction to Management, Portfolio Theory & Investment Analysis, Organizational Behavior, Service Operations Management, and Consumer Behavior. In addition, this practicum will also hold guest lectures that bring practitioners from specific industries. The planned training and development activities include:

  1. Research methodology training;
  2. Development of the SKKNI (Indonesian National Work Competency Standards) module;
  3. Addition to improve the simulation on the practicum module.
