ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development and work environment on organizational performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sample were 100 employees and it sclassified into top  management and Middle Management, Association Management, Functional, executive staff. Data analysis technique wasa quantitative analysis namely Path Analysis. The results of this study indicated that career development and work  environment influenced significant simultaneously to organizational performance. It were also significant simultaneously affected to the job satisfaction. Career development, work environment and job satisfaction significant simultaneously  influenced on organizational performance. The job satisfaction was the most dominant influenced on organizational  performance. It also made more effective in providing the rights to employees, providing excellent skills, treatment, care, respect, work-granted, thefinancial security of organizational performance would be better.
