Saturday, September 9, 2023 - The rapid advancement of technology today demands that companies and business practitioners strengthen their resource infrastructure to gain a competitive edge. Amid environmental pollution concerns, the concept of sustainable economics following current business trends has emerged.

The Entrepreneural Marketing Seminar: Winning The Post-Normal Era took place at the Sheraton Hotel Ballroom in Surabaya on September 7, 2023. This event aimed to support more effective marketing efforts. The "Business Talk" event featured several experienced speakers, including Donny Prasetya, Sales Branch Manager 1 at PT. Pertamina Surabaya, Garry Limanata, Co-Founder of Stick Earn, and Edric Candra, Program Initiator at DSC.

Management students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang gained crucial insights, particularly regarding the role of technology in advertising to achieve profitability goals, especially in this ever-changing normal era. Topics such as digital marketing and entrepreneurship proved to be intriguing subjects for exploration. Markplus Institute Indonesia, a leader in marketing research, hosted an internationally standardized Business Seminar, featuring key players in the business world, including companies affiliated with the Markplus network and collaborating educational institutions.

The event, which commenced in the morning and concluded at 5:00 PM, was also attended by the President of Markplus Indonesia, Hermawan Kertajaya. The presence of digital platforms developed by companies today provides invaluable support in meeting the evolving demands of the marketing world. The establishment of a strong brand and branding are also critical factors for success, with creativity and innovation serving as key elements in the business landscape.

Approximately 100 participants attended the event, including representatives from companies and students. The hope is that through this event, students will become better prepared to face the fierce competition in the dynamic business world. (/npl)
