The implementation of internship courses in the Management Study Program is an effort of the study program to broaden students' insights on the importance of gaining experience, practice, situations of the world of work that have never before been obtained on campus. Based on the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, the founding fathers of the nation have formulated that the goal of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is to protect the entire nation and all of Indonesia's bloodshed, promote public welfare, educate the nation's life and participate in carrying out world order based on freedom, eternal peace. and social justice. Therefore, the management study program requires students to take and take part in internship courses which are expected to have an impact on improving soft skills for students after getting theory in class.
