Malang, May 16th, 2024. The Auditorium of the Muhammadiyah University of Malang bore witness to a significant collaboration between the Pesantren Development Institute of the Central Leadership of Muhammadiyah and Muhammadiyah University. They organized the "Change Management Training for Muhammadiyah Pesantren Directors" aimed at enhancing the capacity of pesantren leaders to become effective agents of change.
In an effort to create leaders capable of driving change, the institute invited several lecturers from the Management Study Program as resource persons. Dr. RD. Jatmiko, MM, Dr. Marsudi, MM, Dr. Nurul Asfiah MM, Dr. Rizki Febriani, MM, and Dr. R. Iqbal Robbie, MM, who have expertise in change management, also contributed insights and knowledge to the participants.
The training was attended by 100 Pesantren Directors, representing a small portion of the total 400 Muhammadiyah Pesantren Directors across Indonesia. Over three days, the activities proceeded successfully and smoothly, expected to provide significant benefits for the progress of Muhammadiyah pesantrens nationwide.
With this training, it is hoped that pesantren leaders can strengthen their leadership skills and drive positive change for Muhammadiyah pesantrens in the future.
