The UMM Management Study Program has successfully held a Center of Excellence Tourism and Hospitality & Supply Chain Management Curriculum Workshop which was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Malang, practitioners, and lecturers of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business. In addition, this activity was also attended by several DUDI representatives from both the Center of Excellence Tourism and Hospitality and Supply Chain Management. This activity was held on Saturday, 26 November 2022 which was held at the Lab. Management 1 GKB2 FEB-UMM.
The CoE Curriculum Workshop for the Management Study Program is a follow-up to compiling the Curriculum for the CoE Tourism and Hospitality & Supply Chain Management program. Representatives from DUDI provide input and discuss with the curriculum development team so that the CoE program that will be implemented in the next semester can match the needs of the current industrial world. This curriculum workshop solicits input from DUDI to correct the various subject offerings and lesson plans that we have made to make them more compatible with those in DUDI, so that they can become curriculum documents.
The Management Study Program currently allows students to complete their lectures not only using the old rules, namely completing all credits and completing a thesis, but there are also other tracks that can allow students to complete lectures faster and with higher quality because there are activities outside the campus such as internships and direct lectures. filled in by practitioners from several companies that cooperate with the Management Study Program.
